Brief History
World-Clix is a fairly new PTC site brought to you
by the owner of CroClix which is already a well
established PTC site. World-Clix has managed to do
remarkably well on the Alexa traffic chart and in
the short time it has been on chart it has surpassed
the progress of the long running CroClix and
achieved a current traffic rank of 358,061.
Design
Looking at the design of this site there are plenty
of tell tail signs that it is owned by the same
person in charge of CroClix with colours schemes
used. The design of this site is very unique and
clean which speaks a professional first impression.
The red and black works well here to catch your eye
however the logo is a little too dark with slogan
text above it which is also too dark and too small
to be read clearly.
Along with the logo issue the frames are a little
disconnected in places with text overlapping sides
of contrasting colours or bars at the bottom that do
not meet where they should.
Advertising
1000 ads here cost $15.00 and for 2500 its $37.50.
Given this site traffic rank the prices are bargain
rate and I would actually hope advertisers are
making the most of this. Given the industry standard
prices for such traffic this site is going well
beyond a competitive price tag which could well be
why this site is making some fast progress. As long
as enough people know your site has one of the most
cheap advertising services you are likely to earn
much larger profits than those sites that mimic each
others higher prices.
Referral system
The price for 35 referrals here is £38 which is a
little too high for just a standard down line of
100%. Here even the highest packages have a poor
value for money with 100 referrals worth $110.95.
These prices are just too out if sync with the rest
of the industry as most sites have cheaper
referrals. Because of the cheaper competition this
site is running a risk of low profits as people have
so much choice to buy cheaper elsewhere. It now
seems that in order to make a real profit with a PTC
sites purchase areas prices actually have to be very
low if not lower than everyone else’s.
Upgrades
There is no annual upgrade package here as it is all
monthly subscription. The monthly cost for the
upgrade here is $10.99. When you consider that most
of the yearly upgrades on PTC sites are around $50
for 12 months the value for money isn’t much better
on this package. The benefits of this package are
the minimum of 20 £0.015 per click ads a day with
$0.0125 on your referral clicks.
Performance
I found a very impressive 12 ads to click when
testing this site. This shows how the standards have
really changed this year for standard memberships
marking the PTC industry as a whole a much more
profitable industry for clickers to use minus the
extended payment waits. Here the ads are also well
research with a mix of the very best products from
click bank and plenty of regular ads.
Conclusion
The prices may be a bit too high here and there on
this site but it is making up for that with a very
cheap and attractive advertising area. Because this
site is very attractive on price for regular
advertisers this site has a lot of potential to stay
in the industry for a long time. The traffic on this
site is very high which ads to the quality of the
advertising area and this does not seem to be an
area the site is slowing down on. This is one of the
fastest growing PTC sites to hit the industry in a
long while and provided he can keep a balance
between advertising satisfaction and clickers
satisfaction there is no reason why it cannot
progress further.
