history
Pacific
Clicks are one of the few PT sites to be running the old GPTnetwork
script that holds a PTC and PTR section that is not dominated by light
weight ads. Their popularity rating is quite low and seems a little
unjust as sites running the same script such as Clickosaur hold nothing
but light weight ads and yet hold a better popularity rating and even
shown on Alexa.
For
this site however this is no Alexa data but its newer and currently only
has 1,093 members. Because of the script in use it may be what is
hindering it from gaining traffic easy. There isn’t much need to beat
around the bush the script just has a bad reputation as the sites that
use it general don’t do so well with high traffic.
Design
Again
because of the script the design is much formatted to one layout which
is rarely any different on other sites using it. So the script is
commonly used and really has a layout change but what is good about this
design is the functionality if the site itself contains all that it
promises. This was one of the first designs to use displayed site stats
in the PT industry.
Advertising
Like
with other sites similar to this one they hold a great deal of
advertising options including x-credits, featured banner ad views, link
rotation and much more. The prices for the standard featured ads are
good with 100000 for just $1.00. Regardless of how new this site is or
is lack of Alexa data there is clearly a great deal of promotion going
on from the owners as they are not short on ads.
Referral system
Here
you can purchase between 10 and 50 referrals which is found on the
purchase page with everything else. 10 referrals cost $7.50 and 50 are
worth $37.50. Again there is very little information about the down line
here but you can kind of work out from the memberships page that for
standard members its not 100% as the lowest membership offer gives you
60% original down line.
Upgrades
All the
upgrades are based heavily on providing more advertising the higher your

As you
can see the old membership provides you with that missing 100% down line
but it almost seems like the package is making you pay $79.98 a year to
have the same performance as any major PTC site with free standard
membership.
Performance
As
mentioned they are clearly doing a good job of gaining advertisers here
and thankfully there are at least 3 ads worth $0.01 with the rest of the
36 as light weight ads. We estimate from what details are available that
this site has a standard down line of 50% which means the referrals
could do with a slight reduction on price. Quite frankly it is all too
rare to find more than 1 ad worth $0.01 on a site like this so it’s not
all bad.
Conclusion
It’s a
mystery why people are still using this script but never the less we
feel this particular one has done well to achieve so many advertisers
and provide those $0.01 ads. We feel it would be interesting to see if
this site can make it into the Alexa chart and see if they manage to
maintain their luck with advertising or better yet gain even more.
