Need help? Here are some frequently asked questions that might help.
If you cannot find a answer to you question then please don't hesistate
to contact us.
Q: I signed up and I cannot login/ I
get a 404 error when trying to log in?
A: If the login does not work from the index/start page then try to go
directly to the member area by clicking here. This
problem occurs sometimes when we have heavy traffic on the website or when
we are updating the site, which we do several times/day. We appologize for
any inconveniance.
Q: My new password and username doesn't
work?
A: You haven't activated your account yet. Click the link in the
confirmation/activation email to activate it. Don't forget to check the junk
mail in case the activation email ended up in that folder.
Q: I did not get the authorization
message when signing up?
A: Sometimes it takes up to 2 hours before the message arrives but
normally it will be sent immediatly. If you don't get the authorization
message within 2 hours please
contact us and we will help you out. If you are not using a pop3-account
you can email us at
support@uronlinebiz.com. Don't forget to check the junk mail in case the
activation email ended up in that folder.
Q: I signed up 2 weeks ago and now I
cannot access my account.
A: You didn't activate your account. Inactive accounts are deleted after 7 days.
Q: Why is the sky blue?
A: The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light
moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight
through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air.
However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas
molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions.
It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of
this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from
everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue.
Q: I am a VIP member and I cannot
access the free member area.
A: This seem to happen to some VIP members, while for most VIP members it
works fine, and we are not sure why. We have our techies working on it
though. What you can do is to register the very same username and password
in the free member area and you should be able to
jump between the VIP area and the free member area without any problems.
Q: I want to VIP subscribe for more than
one month. Can I do that?
A: Yes, contact us at
support@uronlinebiz.com and we will send you an invoice for as many
months as you wish to subscribe. When we have recieved payment we will
create an account for you.
Q: I did not get the bill and/or forgot to
pay. Is my account deleted now?
A: No it is just suspended. We can bill you manually and when we have
recieved payment we will activate your account.
Q: What happens if I don't pay
the bill?
A: Your VIP account is suspended and eventually deleted.
Q: If I cancel my VIP-account do I get a
refund?
A: No as stated in our terms and conditions we do not refund members who
cancel accounts. Subscribing to UrOnlineBiz is extremly cheap and due to the
nature of our service we can not refund you.
Q: How do I cancel my VIP subscription?
A: You have to log in to you PayPal account and cancel the subscription.
Do NOT send us your user info and ask us to cancel it for you. Under no
circumstances will we go into you Payal account to cancel the subscription
for you, you have to do it YOURSELF.
Q: Why is my VIP subscription cancelled
when I remove my credit card from PayPal?
A: This is a PayPal issue we cannot get around. We wish it was different
and that it should be enough just to have the sufficient funds on the PayPal
account to pay for subscriptions, but we cannot get PayPal to change this.
However we are considering using other services than PayPal in the near
future.
Q: Why do I keep getting charged for
VIP membership every month?
A: When signing up as a VIP member you activated a monthly subscription
in your PayPal account. Only YOU can activate and deactive it and you have
to be logged in to your PayPal account to cancel VIP
membership/subscription.
Q: I don't have PayPal, is there some
other way I can pay for subscription?
A: No, not at the moment.
Q: I have PayPal but no credit card,
can I subscribe as a VIP member?
A: No not at the moment but we are working on getting alternative payment
processors.
Q: Is paying with PayPal secure?
A: PayPal is free to sign up to and it's also a secure way of paying
online. The merchant you pay to will not see your credit/debet card number
and at UrOnlineBiz we will never ask for your credit/debet card numbers or
bank account information.
Q: I want to unsubscribe to your
newsletter!
A: Log in to the members area and cancel your account and you will no
longer recieve any more correspondence from us.
Q: I want to unsubscribe to the
newsletter but still be able to log in to the member area. Can I do that?
A: No. To unsubscribe from the newsletter you have to cancel your account
with us and you will no longer have access to the member pages on the UOB
website.
Q: The website is too big for my
screen!
A: Use a higher resolution

Q: Can I advertise my site
at UOB?
A: Yes go check out the info and
prices here.
Q: I want to pay for UOB to send out
email promos to all your members, can you do that?
A: No, as from March 15, 2008 we have a
new policy saying that we will not allow that kind of advertising. Our
members do not want promos sent to them. The only emails we send out are our
own news, updates and scam warnings and at the bottom of the newsletter we
might allow a small banner or textlink but no long email promos.
Make money
Q: Does UrOnlineBiz.com pay me
commission for any of the methods written about on the website?
A: NO! We review methods and programs that will pay you to use their
services or products. The products, services or programs are not under our
control and we have nothing to do with any commissions, payouts or
profits/losses you make with these websites, products or programs. We simply
tell about them and provide a link to the vendor/website/program where you
can sign up or purchase the products. UrOnlineBiz.com not provide services
where you will get paid by us.
Q: OK I am a member, how do I make
money?
A: Read our reviews and visit the
BizNiz school to learn how to make
money online.
Q: Can you recommend a product that
will help me make money online?
A: Read our reviews on the website. We will not give
personal recommendations unless you are part of our personal
coaching/mentoring program.
Q: Can you send me the keyword list for
one of the programs/products you are using?
A: Only if you are a member of our coaching/mentoring
program we can provide you with keywords.
Q: Can you give me some tips on how to
earn money online with a specific product.
A: Only if you are a member of our coaching/mentoring
program we can provide you with such information. We suggest you read the
info or manual that comes with the product.
Understanding ratings
If anyone has read a review of a site with a -10
rating they will probably have noticed that it is the only minus
rating number that says scam. This is because the -10 rating is the
only rating that shows a confirmed scam as a last resort via factual
evidence. Anything below +1 is classed as an advisory which requires
more careful consideration when signing up to a site and an
incentive for the site in question to improve.

PT (Paid To) sites
Q: I am having problems with a PT
site/not getting my payout/referal stats is not updating etc and I have
contacted the PT site but the admin will not help me. Can you help me?
A: No we are an eZine that write reviews, perform tests
and evaluations of money making products and do online marketing coaching.
We are not some kind of PTC police or offer free legal councelling to our
members. If you have a problem with a vendor or PT site then you have to
take it up with them, not us. We have over 10,000 members and we do not have
time to try and solve whatever issues there are between PT sites and their
members. It is not what we do.
Q: I have objections about one or your
articles regarding a certain site and I do not think your rating is
correct, please correct it.
A: Well we are writing the reviews based
on our experiences and we rate the site based on the very same + the general
perfomance. We are not publishing articles to get spammed with debating
emails. If you do not like our way of rating sites/products or the way we
evaluate sites/products then you don't have to read our reviews. Simple as
that! Do NOT start debating, we do not have time to answer emails
like that. If you think differently or want to rate a
site/product differently then we suggest you start your own blog, forum or
ezine and write your own reviews. Spamming or continuous debating like
mentioned above might get you banned from UrOnlineBiz.com permanently if we
think you are taking it too far.
Q: UrOnlineBiz.com seem to be
favourizing bux.to/sponsor Bux.to/are owned by bux.to
A: No absolutley not. Bux.to is the
biggest and most popular PT site out there right now and it is only natural
that lots of members wnat news about bux.to. We have no strings attached to
bux.to and the relationship between the two organizations is strictly
professional (advertising). Some forums and websites out there have tried to
make us out like we are owned by bux.to or favourize them. Those are all
false statements.
Money Making products
Q: I have bought a product after
reading your review and I need support to use the product. Can you help me?
A: We only give support on our own
products. For support on other products you have to ask the merchant or
creator of that specific product. You don't call PC Gamer Magazine to get
support on a game they reviewed right? Same thing here: we review, we do not
give support.
Q: Can you recommend a product that
will help me make money online?
A: Read our reviews on the website. We will not give
personal recommendations unless you are part of our persoanl
coaching/mentoring program.
Q: Can you send me the keyword list for

SCAMs
Q: I would like to know if a cetrain
website or company is scam?
A: Check our Black List. All the confirmed scams we
know about are listed there (over 4,500). Please do NOT send us
email/support tickets to ask if a website/company is scam. Such requests
will be ignored. The Black List is there for a purpose and we update it
frequently. If a company/website you are wondering about is not listed then
we do not know if it scam or not, simple as that.
Internet marketing issues
E-marketing questions will only be
answered if you are a VIP member. Always include your VIP member username in
email to us or you might not get an answer.
Q: I don't know anything about online
marketing can you help me?

school and watch the video tutorials and you will learn the basics.
Q: Can you build a MiniSite for me?
A: Yes, the price for a basic MiniSite is $97. You provide the product
and idea of a logo, we program the site and make the graphics(if requested).
Marketing, updating, selling, advertising, domain and webhotel is not
included. What you get is you own business MiniSite made just for you. Just
HTML sites!
Q: I am not making any money from the
products I bought! What am I doing wrong?
A: You don't know enough about online marketing. Go watch the videos in
