Method: PTC
Brief
history
In the
short time earn3 has been around it has gained over
12932 users and served a high click rate
of around 358313 clicks to date. The owner of this site has quite
some experience in the running of PTC sites and owns such sites as
Incentria.com and Clicksia.com.
Because of this past experience and pre-built reputation earn3.com
has been able to rise up the Alexa chart with a quick steep climb.
Design
The
design of this site is almost identical to Paid.vg as it is clearly
the same type of script. There is however a somewhat unique
corporate ID with the logo in use. The layout of this script is very
similar to the bux clone script and that’s fine as it’s a very
functional layout that isn’t too squashed together. This gives the
owner a lot more space to work with to provide a cleaner design.
Advertising
Some
good results can come of advertising here thanks to the current rate
of high traffic here. The current traffic ranking for this site is
1587676,134
and rising. Prices are a fairly reasonable for this level of traffic
with 1000 ad views worth $14.00 and 2000 for $28.00. This value for
money seems to be becoming the industry standard for sites around
this traffic level. If this site can keep the level of progress it
is making there should be room for them to ask more for their
advertising space in say another 2 months.
Referral System
There
are 3 referral pack options here which are 10 referrals for just
$9.95, the popular 35 referrals for a cheap $32.95 and lastly 100
for $89.95. These prices are quite smart and provide some visuals
that the site is run by an experienced PTC owner. The prices are set
so that the higher packages are of better value than the lower
packages which means the biggest packages are more seductive. This
should mean that earn3 will have no problem attaining a profit to
keep the site running. The down line is 100% here making it a high
performance referral system.
Upgrades
Like
many PTC sites at the moment this one is doing a “limited time”
price reduction at $39.95. This package is a year’s membership
offer. Currently this packages is only advertised as containing the
ability to earn $0.015 each click and
$0.0125 each click from your referrals. Priority payments are the
only other benefit but it is not listed as to what the actual
priority wait is. Currently not installed but to be added to this
offer is the ability to contact your own referrals… just to make
sure they aren’t asleep on the job!
Performance
One of
the great things about this site is that the minimum payout is only
$3.00 which can be a challenge to work with when you are rapidly
gaining members. There is no question this site has high performance
thanks to that essential 100% referral system combined with their 8
$0.01 ads found on the day of testing. The performance holds all
that people would expect from a PTC site and more because of the low
payout.
Conclusion
It
will be interesting to see what this sites traffic rank will be in
another 2 months and if they will be able to sustain the very low
minimum payout. What ever the case they have it in place now so it
couldn’t be a better time to use this site. It is largely thanks to
the prices that this site should be able to sustain itself because
they are suited to help the site keep on track with profits. Its
common knowledge that if a site doesn’t sell many referrals or
upgrades due to unrealistic prices they often fold pretty quickly
because the purchase areas of a PTC site is what keeps the site
running and able to payout to the members.
The
PTC business model has recently come under scrutiny from a minority
of bloggers because so many disappear or fail to pay the members. It
is not the business model that is the issue it all depends on
weather the prices are uniform to what they should be.
Checking there TOS we find a good line that reads
Advertising fees are to be paid via Alertpay. We do not give
refunds for any purchase, wether it be an
advertising/referral/upgrade, refunds are not given under any
condition. Legal actions may be taken against those who charge back.
Because PayPal seem to defend cheaters by locking the accounts of
any PTC site that bans a cheater we feel PTC sites that use AlertPay
are smart to pre-defend against any future disputes that AlertPay
itself may one day take action on. As our very own
UrOnlineBux PayPal account has
suffered such an illogical action thanks to a cheater we feel PTC
sites are well within their rights to suit their TOS pages to defend
against such action – Not that PayPal took any notice of ours of
course.
We say PayPals actions are illogical because all the cheater
achieved was stopped the rest of the legitimate members from using
the PayPal service which means nations get whipped out of
participation. When cheaters file a selfish dispute the real victims
become the sites other members.
Here at earn3 the experienced owner has made the write choice to
defend the site from illogical disputes within the TOS for AlertPay
as they seem to be slowly following in PayPals footsteps on many
other issues.
