This message is found on the CE website instead of the usual login page.

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS! Yesterday during an audit of CommercialEarnings.Com, SEVERAL CHEATERS (OVER 50) and at least TWO (2) HACKERS, where detected. These individuals have been carrying on SEVERAL ILLEGAL activities that have caused MULTIPLE PROBLEMS with the Efficient and Accurate running of our site and its operations. These individuals have entered many areas of Commercial Earnings and have made changes to the way that things operate. These changes have resulted in many items either not functioning, functioning improperly, or just plain issuing credit for things that were not inputted by our staff.  Below we will list the items for which these PROBLEM MEMBERS have caused issues: Paid to Clicks = Multiple paid to click ads (OVER 250) where placed without the authorization of our team. This resulted in massive amounts of money being earned that had not been paid into our system either by members or by direct CommercialEarnings.Com advertisers. Auto Ad Viewer = Multiple sites where added with NON EARNED credits assigned to them. These sites where NOT authorized or approved by our staff. A large number of these sites where on our BANNED LIST, and thus would never have been approved for ad viewing by our members. Although this issue was not huge, it is/was still a problem as this resulted in credits being earned that were not provided by our site. The use of AUTO BOTS was detected. The use of AUTO CLICKERS was detected. The credit addition code had been altered to credit some members with much higher credits earned than was setup by our administration team. The timer coding had been altered, allowing for faster page viewing, and thus much higher and faster earnings of credits than was established by our team. Manual Ad Viewer = Multiple sites where added with NON EARNED credits assigned to them. These sites where NOT authorized or approved by our staff. Banner Ad System = Multiple Banner Ads (OVER 300) where placed without the authorization of our team. This resulted in massive amounts of money being earned that had not been paid into our system either by members or by direct CommercialEarnings.Com advertisers. The reason this resulted in UN-EARNED proceeds, is because it was performed as if a member had Actually Purchased this ad, which paid the upline a commission. Join Free & Earn = Multiple CommercialEarnings.Com advertisers reported the use of Auto Registering software being used. This 1 action Caused CommercialEarnings.Com and its Owner PEP ONLINE SALES, to LOSE ALL COMMISSIONS earned from the lost advertisers that this event affected. As if this was not bad enough, PEP ONLINE SALES is NOW obligated to pay the said advertisers back for commissions Already Paid, in which these programs had been used. Deposit Cash Systems & Account Cash Systems = Multiple deposits of account cash where credited to members accounts where deposits and our transactions by our STAFF had NOT actually been recorded. The amount of funds added to our system illegally was over $9,350.00. This Allowed for multiple Ad Purchases, Upgrades, and Credit Purchases that should not have occurred without the Actual Real Deposit of Funds using our payment processors. Buy/Sell System Credits Process = Multiple transactions had been recorded in where members had sold system credits that had MYSTERIOUSLY appeared in their accounts. In simple terms, large amounts of credits had been added to MULTIPLE MEMBERS accounts that were in turn sold back to our site for cash proceeds. This resulted in a site LOSS OF REVENUE of over $1,034.00.   NOW that all of this has been disclosed, let us now tell you exactly how and why we were late in finding out about what was occurring within CommercialEarnings.Com. First of all, with over 1,000 active members, it is NEARLY impossible to monitor each and EVERY members accounts and transactions. Although in an IDEAL WORLD we would love to have done this, it simply is not realistic to have done so, as there are literally hundreds/thousands of actions or transactions occurring within a single ACTIVE members account on a daily basis. This means that we would have had to have a staff of over 200 people in order to be able to monitor every member of our site. So, how did we finally detect what was occurring? Early Sunday Morning Several Advertiser emails were received by our Administration team. In these emails, the advertisers were reporting the use of Auto Registering Programs and False or make believe signups. In their emails, to summarize them, they FIRED CommercialEarnings.Com for lack of protection measures to ensure that our members where indeed REALLY registering for and buying their products or services. As a result of their termination of our accounts with them, they RESCINDED or TOOK BACK, ALL COMMISSIONS EARNED BY US. Emails received by some of the above mentioned CHEATERS - In these emails, these members where questioning where their payment was, as they had stated that they had requested it over a month ago. OUR staff knew immediately that this was not true, as ALL payment requests made by members had been paid (both legitimate and those now determined to be cheating members). This prompted a EXTREME DETAILED LOOK into these members accounts, and those of extremely HIGH CASH EARNING members. When this part of our audit was performed, we found all of the above mentioned items or falsified transactions. The further we dug into member transactions, the more cheaters we found. Thus, we next hired a security specialist to review our entire site. This review showed our staff all of the BREACHES that CommercialEarnings.Com had encountered and if they could be fixed or not. SUMMARY What Does this mean for Members & CommercialEarnings.Com? Well in short, this is not a good outcome! Because of the Extreme amount of Money & Advertisers lost by PEP ONLINE SALES during this event, PEP ONLINE SALES has no other alternative than to CLOSE the site CommercialEarnings.Com! Why did PEP ONLINE SALES come to this conclusion? Well, PEP Online Sales has lost a huge amount of money, without the ability to recover from this event. The Reason PEP Online Sales can not rover from this event, is because of the loss of our HIGH QUALITY and TOP PAYING ADVERTISERS. Below please find a list of all the losses that PEP Online Sales or CommercialEarnings.Com has suffered from this SAD event: The loss of 65% (473) of all of our Advertisers The loss of over $2,294.45 cents of Fraudulent Money paid out to CHEATING MEMBERS. The loss of $31,954.59 of Earned Commissions and Advertising payments due to PEP Online Sales by the lost Advertisers. The loss of Upgraded Membership dues that had to be refunded due to this event. Members that Legally Paid for Upgraded memberships will be Refunded their full membership dues if they did not receive a payout from CommercialEarnings.Com. Members that Legally Paid for Upgraded memberships and DID receive a payout from CommercialEarnings.Com will receive a PRO RATED REFUND based on the amount that they Paid CommercialEarnings.Com and the Amount CommercialEarnings.Com has paid them previously. (i.e. = if you paid $25.00 and so far have received payouts adding up to $14.00, then the amount you would be refunded by CommercialEarnings.Com would be $11.00) A LEGALLY PAID UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT IS DEFINED AS ANYONE WHO HAS PAID (and can provide proof of payment!) COMMERCIALEARNINGS.COM WITH FUNDS FROM EITHER PAYPAL or GOOGLE CHECKOUT. Members that have received more than the amount of money that they paid for their UPGRADE level in payments from CommercialEarnings.Com WILL NOT receive any kind of refund. (We Apologize for this, but we can not afford to pay you money for which we do not have!) ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PAID ONLY UPON VERIFICATION OF THE ACTUAL PAYMENT RECEIPTS, AND ONLY AFTER PAYMENTS MADE TO THAT MEMBER HAVE BEEN SUBTRACTED FROM THE AMOUNT PAID TO COMMERCIALEARNINGS.COM! Now the question we should ask ourselves, was the website really hacked or is this a way for the owners of trying to over up for a scam? WE shall see if the members get a refund for upgraded memberships or not. If they don't then we can add Commercial Earnings to the Black List and send the owners names to Interpol.

Commercial Earnings PTC continite to impress us; when upgrading to Super affiliate on CE the value of ads increased tremendously and the $5 I paid to upgrade from Pro Viewer to Super Affiliate was earned back in just 2 days. As soon as I upgraded almost 40% of the ads was worth 2-5 cent each which means earning money suddenly can go up to 500% faster. Earning $35 in just 7 days cannot be a bad from just clicking ads.

Another nice feature is the random rewards you get from just logging in on a dilay basis and you are given a few cents every day as a little thank you for being active. The reward can be anything from a fragment of a cent up to 10 cent.

 

If you get a lot of referrals you will notice both you auto credits and manual credits skyrocket and if you convert the auto credits into manual credit you can sell them back to CE for $1 per 10,000 manual credits.

How to boost your PTC income even more

It is no longer any doubt that CE is the PTC where you can earn the most money. In 8 days we earned $14 from just watching ads and the number of ads has been 15-20 per day (paying 1-2 cent each). One of the tricks to boost the incomes here is to start the auto viewer and let it run until the daily limit of ad views is reached (while you go have coffee or something). That will give you quite a lot of auto credits even as a free member.  Then you go to transfer cash/credits and convert the auro credits into manual credits. After that you go to Sell/Buy credits and sell the manual credits to CE which pays $1 per 10,000 credits. Making a lot of credits is very easy on this website and you actually make more money from this than clicking ads.

I found that you get a lot more credits from clicking ads (and your normal cash rewards of course) if you upgrade to Pro Viewer. In fact is is almost too easy to reach 10,000-15,000 credits per day with the pro viewer account and making up to $2-4 per day is a peice of cake. You also get a lot more credits from your referrals and signup credits with the upgraded account. Well worth every penny, I assure you.

We had a chat with the admins of the highly popular PT site Commercial Earnings (CE) regarding the recent warnings of trojans on their manual and automatic viewers. We are glad to announce that there is no reason to worry about the computer geting infected with spyware, adware, viruses or trojans.

The CE admin explained: "We are, and have been working with the major anti virus software companies, trying to get a PATCH issued to resolve this permanently. Until then, we are sorry to say, that you will just have to ignore these obnoxious warnings."

This is great news indeed and as soon as I get my first Payout I will likely raise the rating for CE. By just clicking ads I have made $3 in 4 days and a lot of it thanks to the numerous 2-cent ads that you find there.

I have also left the automatic viewer running every day (ignoring the messages from my anti-virus program) and as the credit are transformed into ads I have increased the traffic for one of my websites tremendously and it hasn't cost me a penny.

There has been a lot of talk about CommercialEarnings and of course I had to check it out. The site offers PTC, sign up on offers and also has automated as well as manual viewers for credits. You can earn both cash and credit points here.

Viewers and credits

The credit points can be converted into ads for promoting your own website and this is a very handy feature when using the automated viewer as you can just leave it running  and the number of credits gained just keeps ticking. There is a limit of 300 automated credits per day and when you reach a certain amount of credits you can also convert it into cash (how amny credits you need is not clear though).

I see a lot of potential in getting free traffic here but a BIG warning is in place: I noticed some of the sites viewed contains trojans so make sure you have an updated anti-virus program running. My PC didn't get infected but I got over 10 warnings from various sites displayed in the automated viewer.
I suggest Commercial Earnings put up more clear rules about safety and virus control for future advertisers.

There is also a manual Viewer that pays  generous 5 credits per viewed advert and you can easily gain a lot here. Each ad runs for 30 seconds both with the automated and manual viewer.

Paid to click

During the evaluation I got more than 15 ads (30 secs) per day that all paid a minimum of 1 cent (USD) each and to my surprise there where also a lot of 2 cent ads. This make Commercial Earnings the best paid PTC site I have tested so far. I thought I had to wait 24 hours before i got my next load of ads to click but only after a few hours I had 15-20 new ads. In all I made $0.5 per day just by clicking and I am not a paying member.

 

Cash out

Normally the cash out limint is minimum $10. However....the minimum cash out is sometimes reduced to $5 (during a 24 hour period) . There is a $3.00 processing fee still so all cashout requests are minus the $3.00 fee. I strongly recommend waiting until you have at least $25 wich is reached pretty quick compared to many other PTC sites.

Offers

During the evaluation there was over $250 worth of offers but not all offers apply to non-U.S residents (isn't that always the case?)

You can buy either plain text ads or put up your banner and you can buy using cash or manual credits.

The paid visits are a bit pricy but still not shockingly high. There are no prices for buying more than 1000 visits at this point.

TAX information and Payment

With Commercial Earnings you have to fill out your tax information in order to get paid. It is quickly done and I don't see this as a disadvantage for the site. Viewers/Affiliates MUST have a Verified PayPal Account! ALL Payments are processed ONLY during the first week (7 business days) of each month. There will be a SET PROCESSING FEE of $3.00 per payment issued by CommercialEarnings.Com. This fee is assessed at the time of processing, and will be deducted from the original amount of your request

Site Fees

Minimum Amount You Can Deposit To Your Account Cash = $1.00. This is due to fees incurred by the processor.
Depositing Cash to Your Account Cash = 0%. This Fee is assessed at the time of your deposit.
Transfer Earned Cash to Account Cash = 0%. This Fee is assessed at the time of your transfer.
Transfer Auto Credits to Manual Credits = 20%. This Fee is assessed at the time of your transfer.

It doesn't seem to be possible to buy referral packs at this point but if you build a downline you will earn up to 15% of the downline's earnings. This is a very good deal compared to many other PT sites

Conclusion

Although it seems like a lot of fees and rules with Commercial Earnings it is really not that complicated. The site is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. I have sent 4-5 emails to the admins always got very helpful and kind answers within 2 hours. Overall I find Commercial Earning to one of the most promising and highest paid PT sites out there and I warmly recommend it to our members.

I give Commercial Earnings a +7 (hits the Top List) and when I have recieved my first payout I might even consider raising the grade.
