AdverCash
news
A brand new feature has arisen at AdverCash that the
users seem to love. AdverCash recently implemented lottery tickets into
the mainstream on AC. For every 10 ads that users click they will
receive a lottery ticket. The members can then use the lottery ticket to
gain funds for their AdverCash accounts. The prizes range from
$0.25-$25.
A fun new feature for the users to hopefully bring a happier environment
for everyone.

AdverCash & TitanClicks status
by Advercash
We got some good news
and updates from the owner of AdverCash and TitanClicks:
Advercash
Recently we reacted to user feedback. Everyone
complaining about pricing on referral packs and green membership, so we
slashed the prices. Maybe not a HUGE amount, but enough to keep us from
going broke.
Referral packs now cost $25 for 20, green membership costs $30 for a
year, $75 for life.
Also, if you haven't already seen, our ad prices have dropped
drastically. Now costing a MAXIMUM of 1c per click on 30 second ads.
$0.005 per click on micro ads. And our ad number has skyrocketed, as
long as you can catch the ads when they come up of course lol.
We also recently reached 2 million ads clicked, 100,000 members, and
$10,000 paid out. All milestones for us and we continue to keep going
strong. Our forums are completely working now(although we need
moderators still), and we have really improved service all around. Users
have to put in their paypal in their preferences to cash out, to stop
from accidently typing in the wrong one on cash out, we have support for
users with denied payments or banned accounts, and we are doing our best
to keep it all up to date. Currently we do not need any workers but we
may in the next coming months so keep an eye out for that. SO far so
good and no sign of closing anywhere in the near future. We are still
going strong and still have plenty of cash saved up to pay out members.

We have had plenty of positive feedback from Advercash
members recently and some even sent proof of payouts. We think it is
fair raise AdverCash's rating to +3.

TitanClicks
(this article can also be found
here)
Update from the owner of TitanClicks:
Recently we made about the same changes here as to
AdverCash, $25 referral packs, $30 green membership, same ad prices. We
also implemented the help feature for those banned or denied payment.
Our ad prices are really helping on TitanClicks.
Users report that they have an average of 7-8 ads to click normally,
sometimes much more(personally I had 16 showing on mine, depends on your
categories of interest). We get larger advertising packages now so the
ads tend to stick around, which is why we have so many showing so often.
Overall TitanClicks is doing great with ads, much better than we had
even hoped. The number of ads is incredible. Users have been slow for
some reason. I assumed with the large number of ads we would achieve
more members early but it has not been so. So there is still TONS of
room for users to get referrals. And most users get 100 ad clicks on
TitanClicks in no time. So it would definately be beneficial to get
referrals. We also recently reached $1,000 paid out on TitanClicks
already. We are nearing 20,000 members so I suppose it is going fairly
well. We were hoping for better but it's still pretty well off in
numbers. TitanClicks is also going strong with plenty of money saved up
to pay off users.
Overall both sites are going very well and we will have no problems with
them, I would expect them both to still be here kicking in 6 months. And
we plan to be here far after that. Also, even dormdough uses
TitanClicks, lol. He even got paid about 24 hours ago. If anyone gets
denied payment, usually that will also end up in a ban, which is why
people think we ban them before payout, which is NOT the case. 95% of
denied payments are do to having another user on the same internet
connection, which is what we ban for. So for having denied payment, in
turn, you get banned. This is not the case for everyone, however. Some
people simply have over 25% cheating referrals so we do not allow payout
for that. This is to prevent people signing up on another IP address and
creating fake accounts under them.

AdverCash's improved services
Oct 2, 2007
Author: C.J.
We
wrote about an incident on Sept 27, 2007 where a member lost his
earnings to AdverCash and the member sent a testimonial to
UrOnlineBiz.com. After we published the article the member's account
was cancelled and all his earnings and over 200 referrals taken from
him.
The reason for closing the members account came in an email to UOB
from the owner himself:
"As
for banning him recently, we feel that we need a positive influence
in AdverCash. If we were a scam we wouldn't pay anyways correct?
Also, this user will continue to fill everyone's mind with this fact
and we will not tolerate slander against us from one of our best
members. This member knows we don't scam anyone, he is just upset
that we denied his $10 cashout. Had he been reasonable, and not
stated that he was going to go off and tell everyone we are a scam,
we would have credited his account the money back and he could have
re-submitted the cashout. This is what we do with most of these
cases, but this member seemed intent on hurting our name, and very
rude in the process."
What went on
between the banned member and Advercash only they can know for sure
but as always there are two sides to every story, right? One thing
seems clear though and that is that the AdverCash admin now has
taken action to improve services and to prevent misunderstandings in
the future. The AdverCash owner also informed that TitanClicks' and
AdverCash's earlier involvement in PTC Talk is now ancient history
and that the forum "has
nothing to do with AdverCash or TitanClicks, it is solely PTC Talk".
UOB has
been in touch with the owner of AdverCash several times since and we
are informed that AdverCash just now has added a "Why?"-
button that users may click to
learn more about their payment being denied. And if they were denied
unjustly, members are advised to contact AdverCash via the forums as
well.
It is always nice to see PT site owners put in some effort to
improve their services and relationships with their members.
AdverCash's solution to getting more ads for members to click has
been to lower the prices for advertising. We have seen this happen
to other PTC sites recently. CashCliques for example, lowered their
ad ratings and now the CashCliques members have 10 ads to click
every day. Unlike CashCliques, AdverCash has not implemented any
fuzzy point system and for that we (the members) are grateful of
course.
Advercash's referral package price is still a bit high in my opinion
but the fact that there are more ads to click makes up for that and
chances to earn the money back within reasonable time is greatly
improved.
It has been a frustrating experience for the banned member but it
seems like AdverCash is now taking serious action to generally
improve services. Knowing this we expect to be able to give
AdverCash a higher rating shortly.
Dare we say that it was a happy ending after all?
Method: PTC
2 months ago we reviewed Advercash which is roughly around the time
it started. Right from the start it had a pretty flawed design as
far as PTC sites go. Modifications to the design of the site have
been made as time went on but nothing that would give it a
professional design. The fact is Advercash has been getting worse
since they started out paying the optimum rate of $0.01 per ad. Now
Advercash can’t cope and have been reduced to paying below $0.01 for
each ad on top of the fact that the number of ads hasn’t increased.
The member rates on Advercash are 79304 which aren’t exactly
impressive either considering how long this site has been around.
Somewhere along the line this site has taken a nose dive because
every angle you look at there is a decline here which only leaves us
to believe the admin didn’t have what it takes to maintain the site
on the standard it was at 2 months back.
Performance
Since Advercash took a nose dive in ad rates we have been unable to
earn much at all here since we had made it to $1.00 with the old
rate. Once the rate plummeted we have only been able to ad $0.07 to
that which has taken quite a while. This shows us how bad the
performance is here and how far it is from what it used to be.
You would think that advertising rates or referral purchase rates
would have decreased given this fall in reward for the clickers. Not
the case here since the referral purchase is still the biggest rip
off we have seen on any PTC site by only giving 20 referrals for an
extortionate $30. Check Bux.to where you only pay a dollar above how
many referrals you have or JamBux where you pay less for the number
you have.
Advertising is just as bad with 500 micro ads for $5.00 which is
insane given that most light weight PTR sites sell micro ads often
below $1.00. You won’t find things get any better on the banner ads
either as one day will cost you $5.00 for an ad no one is paid to
click.
Evaluation
This could be one of the worst PTC stories we have covered so far
because Advercash used to be a site that could compete with such
sites as Bux.to and ClixSense. We have never known a site to decline
by so much and have the nerve to keep its rip off prices. We feel
sorry for those who advertise here not knowing that there are far
better deals out there. The referral purchase price has to be the
worst deal we have ever come across when reviewing PT sites.
This site will waste your money if not your time and both are
something you don’t want to lose when taking part on a PTC site. We
strongly advise sticking to other PTC sites that compete with each
other on prices as not only are you going to get better deals there
but you are also going to find better ad rates when clicking.
We give Advercash the rating of -5 for holding rip off prices after
reducing ad rates to light weight standards.
Signing up with AdverCash we noticed there were around 4 to 5 ads to
click per day using a free account. Each ad paying the usual $1.01 which
is fair enough but their incentive for getting referrals is fairly
laughable at $0.01 too when you consider that with ClixSense you are
paid £0.10-$5 for each referral. One thing about their stats page is
your earnings are display with 0.0000 which isn’t necessary for these
type of programs. When people earn money just want to know exactly what
that is in pounds and pence/ dollars and cents with no additions to our
standard 0.00 system. Their minimum payout rate is sitting at £10 just
like ClixSense but of course with the set back on their referral reward
it will take you much longer to reach. Their terms and conditions are
another that’s flawed with the agreement that they can erase your
account without warning or any reason given them the right to erase your
account just before you reach payout.
For
those who wish to advertise with AdverCash there is a feature to
purchase advertising space where you may buy an ad package for
150
clicks - $3.00
350
clicks - $7.00
1,450
clicks - $29.00
2,400
clicks - $48.00
6,500
clicks - $115.00
13,000
clicks - $220.00
33,000
clicks - $525.00
66,500
clicks - $1,000.00
You
also have the option to purchase a banner ad which is price based on the
number of days its up for: Starting from 1 day at $3.00 to 186 days for
$275.00 which is fairly steep compared to advertising space found on
MaxClix where you can get a 500 click ads for just $1.4
Our
evaluation of AdverCash results with a low score due to their lack of
pay out with referrals at $0.01 which doesn’t really cut it compared to
other sites out there that pay more for referrals than clicking ads.
They do include that fact that any link your referral clicks you gain
$0.01 from it but still with ClixSense you are getting $0.10 each
referral including $0.01 for every ad they click. So in this case it’s
just a simple case of AdverCash having no competitive prices giving them
a score of minus Average of -1
